Female and Male Infertility Referals

Croft Referrals are one of the busiest multi-disciplinary veterinary referral practices in the UK. Many dogs are referred to Croft from veterinary surgeons all over the UK for various surgical, medical, skin and eye conditions. Louise McLean and Judith Joyce who head Croft Reproduction have additional interest and qualifications in the treatment of various endocrine (hormonal) conditions. Working alongside them is one of the most qualified and experienced veterinary surgical teams in Europe headed by Malcolm Ness and Jonathan Bell. This makes for a team unrivalled in their combined experience and expertise, best placed of any in the UK to deal with canine infertility. In addition to this, at Croft Referrals we have a world class facility in both design and equipment, with an in-house laboratory, state of the art digital radiography, colour Doppler ultrasonography, CT scanner, endoscopy and arthroscopy, 4 human standard operating theatres, dedicated intensive care unit, in-house blood bank and physiotherapy unit. Croft Reproduction provides a class-leading fertility assessment facility including semen evaluation, in-house quantitative progesterone analysis and vaginoscopy. All these services are available if required 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We also have hospitalisation facilities second to none with a fully qualified veterinary surgeon with additional experience in canine reproduction and a veterinary nurse on the premises 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
